• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What to expect if you have a flat tire?

I've had many flats driving my car or trucks, and on one occassion with my two wheeler. I'm asking for input on what to expect when you have a flat on the spyder. For those of you who have had experiences with either front or back tires going flat while ryding your spyder, could and would you please give me some input on what to expect my spyder to do.

Thanks.

This is not exactly what your looking for.... But I wondered this as well, when I let all the air out of my tires during the process of adding the Ride-on. It was clear with any sharp turns at speed the bottom of the bike has a very small clearance left after the "A" arms articulate. This made me nervous and made our decision to get the Ride-on a welcomed feeling once we saw that.

If these bikes respond like most two wheeled front ends, it all depends on the speed and conditions, but overall I bet controllable enough to get to the side of the road

Try the VESKIMO vest

I bought a veskimo water cooled vest about a month ago and it works very well. You need to put the box/cooler on the bike behind you or in the trunk, but the cold water circulating front and back feels great and seems to last well over 2 hours. The humidity does not affect it, which is nice as well.

Most of the other products only seem to work well for a short period of time, especially in humid areas.

No I have no connection with the company

So, does the Veskimo help when you have a flat tire? Can you just pump the cold water into the tire? Sorry, don't see the connection.

Back tire flat: loss of power, Spyder ask you to down-shift.
Front tire flat: sudden pull to the side of the flat (something one can experience when the DPS failed nojoke).
