I have a diesel motorhome that is legal in all 49 continental United States - except California. So now that I'm retired, I'm anxious to get out and see the country - except California. :sour:

You can drive it in California, you just can't move here and try to register it here!:roflblack::roflblack:

Those are some good reasons to buy a Spyder RT - especially the one about your wife really liking it. And it sounds like you made out fairly well, financially.

As far as an intercom goes, talk to Motorcycle Dave, who has posted in this thread, about what Sena has to offer. They've recently put out some impressive units with their new "S" series headsets. Dave also sells a unit that will enable you to link your Spyder entertainment system to the headsets. :thumbup:

got to my Spyder by trading my 8 yr old Goldwing 1800 / Motor Trike for a Kawasaki Voyager w/CSC Trike kit that I had only 8 months -wife hated it. Costly mistakes so I hope my Spyder doesn't turn into one. Safe Riding!View attachment 136231View attachment 136232View attachment 136233

Rohanian, I loved everything about my Goldwing Motor Trike.......just got bored with it after 8 yrs and thought I'd go back to a V-Twin , thus the Kawasaki CSC Trike. Hated the bikes engine heat, hated the exhaust noise even more. Worked with CSC to try and get the exhaust toned down to no avail. They use a Super Trapp custom exhaust with their kits. Had no luck in resolving the issues to my wifes satisfaction so it had to go. Nice handling and riding trike though. I guess I got spoiled by the Goldwing. safe riding!
