There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
What Headsets will work with 1/2 helmet & 3/4 helmets?

I purchased these little speaker holders (circled in the pic) that attach inside the ear pads on a 1/2 helmet. Note that I used to ride with the ear cover/pads zipped off. But I had to put them back on to use these speaker holders. I also ended up using some additional glue to hold the microphone. I don't remember where I ordered the speaker holders but these have worked fine.

I use Cardo Spirit HD intercoms, and they make a half helmet kit that is a addition mount with long mic arm built in, and a 3mm stereo connection for standard wired earbuds. I am plaining on installing these on our Ebike bike helmets so we can move the Spirit HD units back and forth.

I use SENA, mine are SMH 10. But there are newer units now. They do make a 1/2 helmet set up. For me the speakers for me are not clear enough. I found even with a 3/4 helmet and a few hours on highway, My ears were ringing like when I was working on the flightline. So I have modified the units for a 3.5mm jack and use in ear monitors, kind of like ear buds but fit much better. Less of it sticks out of your ear to have helmet push on. Plus it knocks out wind noise and I still hear traffic.
