• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What F3 air deflectors work the best.

Have a F3 with a Madstad windshield.

Getting a lot of air over my legs, into my face and under my jacket from below.
Wanted opinions on the air deflectors from Sling Mods that mount under the mirrors and the Baker wings that mount lower down.

Also does anyone have suggestions for some windshield side extensions. The Madstad seems a little too narrow. Would initially have bought a wider windshield but scored the Madstad brand new from EBay for $100.

Am thinking maybe a combination of the three deflectors would work the best.

Unfortunately, Tourer, we are all different shapes and sizes, with differing levels of wind tolerance. For me, at 6’7” with an F4 25” on my F3-L, the Bakers worked brilliant in deflecting rain, cold and heat dissipation from underneath. They were pretty ugly, but they worked for me:thumbup:

I picked up a set of Baker Built "leg wings" from a member here, and I'm pleased with the improved air management on my F3-S.

F-3 air deflectors

2+ on the baker built air wings. If someone could just come up with hand air diversion life would be really good. Have added heated grips to my F-3T and it's tolerable down to 40 degrees now.
Come on springtime.

Another shout out for Baker leg wings. Big positive difference. Mounted on both mine and wife's F3Ls

Had the Baker air wings (upper and Lower) and an F4 windshield with the F4 air wings on my 17 F3 LTD.

I'm considering some Baker Built wings for my F3-S equipped with Ultimate floorboards. I'm waiting on a reply from Baker Built on which what wings I should get.
