• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

what else is available

We stopped at a HD dealer today looking for a 2 tone dark and light Rootbeer colored Harley. Found out it was a special once in a decade color that HD comes out with. CRAP. I saw a Tourglide painted those colors and made a promise to myself to paint the Spyder the same color scheme.

ANYWAY..there was a TriGlide parked there, painted a nice blue. I was suprised how "cramped" it looked..like the rider and the passenger were crammed close to each other. Plus, the pricetag and the dual wheels on the wrong end convinced me to keep walking. Sharp looking, tho. Quality control has come by leaps and bounds,(thankfully) since the early '70's.

Has anyone else seen a Rootbeer Harley??
yep and it looks ok but I like my root beer black :ani29:

Boy I think a lot of you need to take a deep breath and relax a bit. Granted its not a spyder, but it is a three wheeler. I and a lot of other people here own other bikes besides the spyder. Me included a BMW & a Yamaha. After all we are still all bikers right? Hope you enjoy your new Harley trike. Oh and its nice looking too.
:agree:

It's a TriRod F3-Adrenaline. The company is in San Diego and they're currently looking for capital investors to go into production. Several weeks ago, I saw the prototype in the pics above in the garage belonging to one of the partners in the company - he lives 2 doors down from me. Unfortunately, he won't ride it or let ME ride it, lol, as it is 'uninsurable' and somewhat invaluable at the moment.

Saw a nice looking 3 wheeled Honda trike at the fair today. Unfortunately my boyfriend decided to talk to them about my Spyder and got dissed for his trouble. He'll learn one of these days. But their trike was pretty cool. Definitely a touring model -- radio, touring pegs, nice seat, good trunk space, intercom for driver/passenger communication. I was impressed more with the Honda one than with the Harley one I'd seen.
