• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. What Did You Do To Your RYKER Today?

There is a thread like this in the Spyder feed, so why not start one in the Ryker Feed

I will start it off.

Took my wife's Ryker Rally out for one last time (I think) before old man winter sets in. My next post on it will be once the Tricled Fender Lights come in Thursday and I install them this weekend.

Only thing I did, to my Ryker today was look at it in the garage. Make sure she is still there ready to be fired up. I hate winter but can't move my kids school just yet.

Well, today, I made an adjustment to my custom tail trunk to reduce movement. However yesterday was sunny and 78 so I went out for a long ride. Rain and 40's tomorrow so it will sit in the garage.

I rode for about 2 hours today. I can dress for the 40's but not much below that. I plan on riding year around as long as it's not raining or freezing. Why have fun only in the summer?

I made some adjustments to my PIAA lights. Bouncing around on the dirt roads, they would move some and ended up aiming high. So I put an extra bolt in each one and hopefully this will tighten them up so they won't move. Then I went for a ride and took some pictures of where I got stuck the other night. Worried about getting out that night and never crossed my mind to take pictures of it stuck. Had been down it 5 or 6 times before but didn't make it that time. Also threw in a picture of how my Rally looks now. Enjoy the ride.

Now THAT is really a Rally edition! Looks cool with the added protection and lights! :)

Love those lights I have the PIAA 530 LED light setting in the garage. Which mounting bracket did you use? Do you have the link for the brackets?

I always rode year around here in NJ on my 2 wheels. Now I have the Ryker year around riding shouldn't be problem unless work gets in the way. I have heated gear jacket and gloves. Coldest I ever rode is 15*F comfortable for 2 hours then you need HOT Chocolate.

Used PIAA 74000 7/8" - 1.25" L-Bracket (twin pack). Got them and the lights from Amazon. They fit perfectly on the grill guard. Combined with the LED's I put in the headlights they really light up the back roads that I'm on most of the time. I've had heat stroke issues and have to do a lot of night riding during the summer here in Texas and they've made it a lot more enjoyable and safer.

It was a nice day today. I had to call in sick just to go for a nice ride.

I took mine to Home depot to get some light bulbs, then to fill the gas tank because I was tucking it in bed for the winter. But on my way to Home depot, I took a right instead of a left. :ohyea:
Then I took a road that I never took before, got lost, then found my way back on track. The Ryker is perfect for taking the road less traveled.
When I got home I put some Stabil in the tank and plugged in the battery tender.

Rode as I usually do to the golf club and back - about 10 miles enjoying the beautiful mid 70's weather. Don't know why everyone living in Florida doesn't drive a Ryker :D

Oh - by the way - shot 75 so a pretty good day all around

Replaced some parts!

So today I replaced the standard seat with the new solo seat.
As well, I installed the gauge pod re-locator
and installed the sport handle bars!

I like it!
Are those panels standard or did you do them yourself?
How do you like the new gauge pod and handlebars? I bet it gives a real aggressive stance when riding.

The white side panels are standard, the rear panel is not.
I purchased the "ryker" sticker online and then added the black stripe to the hood panel and the rear panel.
