• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you do on or to your Spyder today..........

small Presents

Saw this type of thread on other motorcycle forums and figured I'd start on here...
Today I hooked up leads for a battery tender since later this week it will be getting cold.

Im going Xmas shopping on my RT-S today..so everyones present will have to fit into 1 out of 4 trunks..So dont expect anything bigger than a loaf-of-bread.:lecturef_smilie:;)

I washed mine real good yesterday, so today I'm laying on a coat of Turtle Wax ICE. I'm half done, and am now on protein replenishment break before finishing. :doorag:

Then it's time for another rYde! (It's about 80 degrees out right now.)

Took mine out for a 250 mile ride yesterday. Beautiful day. I saw two other Spyders and one Slingshot! I am now just 20 miles away from hitting 3,000 miles.

Installed the grip heaters today. Test rode, planned to go about 5 miles...... 50 miles later I brought her home.

Today I installed armrests( easy), and a luggage rack..rack was a pain but worth it. One thing I should have done but didn't was to put some silicone under the top washers. Installation directions didn't mention it so I didn't think about it. If I have any problems with water, I will loosen up all of the bolts and squeeze some in there.

I finally got around to adding the rear LED marker lights to mine...

Waiting!

Changed oil and filter on the SNOWMOBILES. Then loaded them back on the trailer for SUMMER storage. Ordered my CAT bypass for my ST-L on Thursday and waiting for it to arrive. Pittbull was out of stock on these. Said they should be delivered Tuesday 3/24, then they will ship it. Summer is on the horizon.

Wife and I went one town over for supper. Awesome ride with Pandora One playing through our helmets with our Sena BT audio. Could have been a little warmer, and less windy, but it was a good day and good grub!

Rode back home from New Orleans area from Spyder on the Bayou event.... had a GREAT time... they know how to put on an event. Total ride 1350 miles in 4 days. :yikes:
