Tail looks like either Kawi or Suzuki, tank looks Euro though. My guess it's a mix of parts.

We have a show here in Quebec, called HP and last year the host went to France and did a show on the Lazareth.Very cool machine! Also very different beast from the Spyder. talk about the Spyder being a hot (temp) ride this bikes got to be a killer, it looks like part of the engine and part of the exhaust system is right in your chest area!!! Other than that it looks like a cool ride.
