• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What are you going to do...

For those of us who can't make it to Spyderfest, what are your plans for the upcoming week?

Looks like the weather will suck here in Eastern NC all week so I guess I'll be working around the house. Have a Veterans Council meeting Thursday. Need to clean and straighten the shop now that the last tiller repair is out. Hope to be watching the festivities on the live link when they get it set up.

The wife and I are loosely planning to ride to the Spyder gathering in Myrtle Beach, SC. Depending on the weather, we'll probably ride down Saturday, May 3, and stay overnight and return to NC on Sunday. I'm curious as to how that event will be received.

I am going to continue my rehab with the new hip. Hopefully will be able to ride soon!!! Tired of these four walls.

Ryde..!!

well actually our weather will be the same...for here...Mid 80's Low 90's Sun Sun Sun all week. Will work on the house as much as I can then go ryding in the hills..leg use limits the work I can do but does not affect the ryding. Back surgery has healed nerve damage will heal in about 18 months and foot will rejoin my body so they say or not...but you all have a great week and enjoy spyderfest via photos if they send any...:yes::ohyea:

Well, I have a bunch of plumbing and electrical drawings to finish for a client and I'll have time to finish installing a new gopro gimbal to my Hexacopter....and, of course, Talledega this next weekend and on youtube there's great Aussie V8 racing.

Must get some work done before a bunch of us head down to the Caribbean's to ride the Spyders in Bermuda, St. Martin, and Puerto Rico next Thursday. :ohyea:

Looks like rain all week. At least we were able to ride the entire day, yesterday. Work, work and more work..........

Farkling, home projects, etc, NO rydin' due to this terrible weather

The next 7 days here is COLD rain and wind, yes, 7 days they are fcsting rain (hopefully NO white stuff)! We are also running 15 degrees below normal (or more - like we have all winter & spring)....it will be in the 40's for highs this coming week. Time to farkle! No rydin' until next weekend ....maybe. :banghead::banghead: :cus: weather!!!!!!!

Besides doing the mods on my Spyder, I will be working on some inside home projects....

Sunday is Demo Days at our local dealer.
A bunch of us from our Spyder club will be down there flipping some burgers and talking to prospective new owners...
Planning on taking a ST-L for a rip!
