• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

:dontknow:...I just took mine out ( the speakers )( 2014 RT ) and they don't say on the speaker ( It says RSI on the back ).......The OEM's are impressive tho......the Magnets are very large and heavy.....Not what I expected.............However I think Mine are going to be better .....Two Pair of JBL's 5.25 & 4 inch......which cost me aTotal of $ 100.00 delivered....................The main reason I like the JBL's are they are 2 OHM ....so effectively you are doubling the power of the radio which on the RT appears to substantial........I know the OEM's go south :roflblack:...at about 1/2 volume .........................I think the JBL's will a lot better...:clap:.....I'll let you know .....Mikeguyver......:thumbup:

:shocked::hun:
The ones that were in my 2010 survived the worst possible onslaught of volume, and poor taste in music; for YEARS... They never missed a beat! :thumbup:

But the speakeers in my 2014 DO seem to distort a bit less as I lean on the "volumizer"! :clap: :2thumbs:

Well have to dig deeper I guess, I am just trying to establish a base line so I can figure out how much amp output and speaker rating will out perform the stock set up.

:gaah:....Bob ....re-read your post......it's contradictory ? ? ? ....................IMHO......mikeguyver, :thumbup:

Not really...
Run any system at full volume, and there'll be some distortion... :shocked:
(Trust me; mine's always at the top of the decibel levels that can be managed...)
It's the "how much", that matters...
The 2014 speakers seem to shoulder the burden a bit better than the 2010s; but the 2010s weren't all that bad! :thumbup:
