• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Weird weather in the South

Was sun shining yesterday and sun shining. Today sleet and snow. 21 degrees right now with 1 inch of snow. Will be back to 65 degrees by Saturday. Talking about the chances of getting sick with this crazy weather. But very seldom do we go without a chance to ride for more than a week.

Really😲

Good with the bad...:roflblack: stay warm and health so you can take advantage of the good weather and ryde...:ohyea:

Nothing like what you experience I'm sure. If nothing changes will be riding Friday and Saturday.

So far, NOT this year. 40 above today. Have had some snow but have not had to use the snow blower yet this year. Can't ride the Spyder though. To much ice on the roads. We are getting the opposite of the lower 48. :dontknow::dontknow:

We have had a lot of wrecks down here. Rednecks don't know how to drive in the snow or iced over roads:helpsmilie:. I can count on 1 hand how many times this has happened down here in the last 15 years. Hoping this is the last of it. I'm sure we will have some cold weather, but hopefully not the snow and ice.

Alaskans do not know how to drive on ice either. We have had our share of freezing rain this year. Every time it happens, you get 50 or more "ditch divers" in the median and on the side of the road between Wasilla and Anchorage (about 35 miles). You can go, but you cannot stop. :yikes:

You can hear the drivers singing "I am invincible, I have all wheel drive." NOT. :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

Weird in South Dakota too... saw 23 below yesterday morning on the drive to Pierre and 50 today. Supposed to be 60 tomorrow. I’m going for a ride...

Up here in the New England States we now how to drive in the snow, ice, sleet. This week- end the weather up here might reach 40's, and rain. We want snow to ride the sleds.

You have almost as much snow as we have in WI. Strange indeed....we're over a foot of snow behind the average total for the season. In the minus temps for a week, then up to 40 the next day, and back down...quite a roller coaster. :banghead:

Seems to be messed up nation wide. They tell people not to get on the roads they are iced over. Always that one that thinks he/she can drive without wrecking. Only time I have been outside today was to let the dog relieve himself.

Today was our second snowfall down here in south central Alabama:

December's pre-Christmas accumulation was a tad heavier:

Yes, this is unusual down here.
