We are still excited to see one another....

5-6 years have gone by, but the Spyder family is still shocked to see one another on the road, creating an excited frenzy. Last week an elderly couple in a pick up truck tailed me for miles and kept trying to force me to the side of the road, honking and swerving. When I pulled into the grocery store parking lot (made sure lots of people were around), they got out and said..."We're sorry, we're not crazy people, it's just that we own a Spyder and just really wanted to stop you and meet you and get a look at yours." (basically just to let me know they had one too)

I could tell they were good normal people after talking, they just got overly-excited and judgement got a little clouded....nevertheless, I see us Spyderlovers are still honeymooning at the 6 year mark...

I've been on both those sides... Once I hear technical questions that only Spyderlovers would know how to ask do I figure out they are owners or fans!:thumbup:

I know what you're talking 'bout. I have mine, and a friend of mine has one, ( he also is co-owner of a gun store. That's why he's my friend). Other than that, I have only seen one other in my neck of the woods. I have even had people asking questions at stop lights. Make for a short conversation opcorn:.
