• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

So I'm reading the owners manual and it sez to have the previous owner contact BRP .
It's seems kinda of goofy how its worded.....

The former owner contacts BRP or dealer and gives coordinates of ownership of new owner or Brp/dealership recieves a proof that the former owner aggreed to the transfer of ownership,in additionto the coordinates of the new owner.

Wont a copy of our new DMV registration work if sent to BRP?

Hate to call the cranky 83 year old gentleman that is packing up his stuff to move to Minnasota!

There is a form in the back of your owners manual that you can send in to reregister your factory (or BEST) warranty. A Spyder dealer can do it for you, too. Aftermarket warranties may be different.

For my recent 2011 RT, I called BRP and asked them what to do. They had me EMail a scan of the bill of sale, old warranty sheet, and the DMV registration. They transferred it that day.

I just went out to the garage and checked the manual for my 2013 RT and page 187 is a form to use for change of address or change of ownership. I know that there was one in my 2010 also as I bought that used and mailed the form in. I also mailed one when I moved.
It also said that you can call 715-848-4957
