• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Warranty items

I just had my 2011 RT in the shop for some warranty items before my warranty runs out in a few weeks. I had 2 issues for the longest time, but just dealt with them. #1. was my left turn signal would take 2-3 hits before it would actually go on. #2 My rpm gauge(red needle) would fail after riding for a while, resulting in a new cluster.

Turn signal issue. The left turn signal works first time every time, like it should, but it blinks super fast until I slow down into the turn, then it seems normal. The right turn signal appears to go a bit faster, but not like the left. All the bulbs are functioning, so is this normal or is there an issue? :dontknow:

Thanks in advance

Don't know..!!

usually if a turn signal flashes faster than usual it indicates that one of the signals is not working. We have an RS with only the four standard signals. If you have fender signals as well or some other mod you should check them as well. They all work off the same relay and should blink alike... :dontknow:

Took my spyder to the shop to address the speedy and erratic turn signal issue, and it turned out that the left mud flap 3rd party light was the issue, it wasn't out but causeing the problem. Had to order new ones but unplugged this one so i could ride without any issues.

In the way down there, my windshield "bracket"(the part that raises and lowers) broke at 70 mph, scared the :cus: out of me. They had an old one their to replace it so i could still ride it home. Quite the project. :banghead: This was on my last day of factory warranty:bowdown:
