I talked to dealer first they told me not to ride, and just leave it sit they would schedule a truck to pickup with in a few day which was mostly because of my work schedule. The dealer has always been cool, and nice.
Then I touched base with BRP customer service about my safety concerns, and explained to them the whole story. They told me someone would get with me sometime.
Two hours later dealer calling back they want the bike back today, and want to send a trailer down. I got that worked out with my brother to meet them.
Minutes after dealer called BRP customer relations called, and wanted to confirm that the dealer was coming to get the bike today. They also want to make sure they told me not to start the bike, or do anything. They insured me that they will make everything ok, and do what ever it took to make me happy. Sounds good to me I just want a problem free purchase, and no fears.
Brother told me dealer trailer pulled up 45 minutes later, and off went my spyder. That was a relief I was not going to have to worry about. Thanks BRP
