I have been riding with Gerbing socks and wireless dual controller. This year I decided to go with a Jacket Liner and really like W&S Gen4 “Yellow” liner but their “Fit Chart” is a little confusing. According to their chart, my chest size and sleeve length puts me in two different liner sizes.
So when calling their customer support or sales number, it puts you directly into their voice mail. I called several times on multiple days with the same results.
My frustration is, the recorded instruction says, to leave your name and phone number and someone will contact you. As of today, I have been waiting three days for them to return my call. Suppose I have a return or exchange? I expect to talk with someone instead of having to converse with customer service via email.
As I said, I really like that Yellow color but now, back to Gerbing.
