I have a 2011 rt and would like to add a volt gauge having trouble locating one
is it waterproof?
That looks pretty cool!
Questions:
What wires do you hook the voltmeter up to?
And the clock?
:agree: 12.2 dosent sound right but like the looks of both just need more info on the connectionsHmmm 12.2 V doesn't seem accurate unless your battery is on the down side!
A fully charge battery should be real close to 13V.
Where did you pick off the 12V from? I hope not the stab on connector for the old meters light?

They look great! :firstplace:Got the new Prosport voltmeter and clock installed this morning!
I used the existing accessory +12 volts that was already there for the accessory feed.
I ran a wire directly from the battery (BOTH + & -) to the new gauges.
Installed an inline fuse on the positive side and ran that to each gauge for the constant +12 volts. Then used the negative from the battery to both gauges
When you turn on the key they go thru a startup similar to the analog speedo & tach.
When you turn off the key, because I used the existing accessory feed, they stay on for about 10 - 12 seconds and then go thru a shutdown cycle like the digital screen.
Harbor Freight has one for $7.99. It's analog which I like.
I just installed it last weekend. Works great!

Here's what they look like! VERY neat install, everything (except wiring to the battery) was included...AND as a bonus, Prosport Gauges included the sun shields in the package.

I Wonder if I could sneak them past the Missus?![]()
Do they offer a set with a chrome bezel? (I'm like an old crow; I'll pick up anyything if it's shiny!)
