• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

For the few of you out there that are Geocachers, there will be a Geocaching Ride that can be done on Friday or Saturday that has 21 Geocaches laid out on a map with locations, as part of a packet for those that are interested? The first page of the cache descriptions will be in the packet. This is not a contest or race...just a fun thing to do at Vanom in Vandiver.

We had over 25 Spyders and some other riders today in Conyers, Ga today. There were several that are planning to attend Venom in Vandiver.

I was at the Cycle Gear store in Symrna, Ga on Wednesday evening for Bike Night. One guy I handed information to said he was going to talk to his motorcycle group in Rome, GA about coming. The more the merrier.

I got two $50 gift certificates in the mail today from Reggy at TricLED today for V in V.
Reggy regrets that he will not be able to attend the event.:(

If you are planning to attend Venom in Vandiver remember only the first 250 bikes registered will be allowed on the Barber Motorsport's Track. Your $30 registration fee includes access to the Barber Motorsport's Museum and a chance to ryde the Barber Motorsport's track. There are rydes scheduled Friday and Saturday including a recently added Geocaching ryde. All proceeds go to a charity. Go to http://tvc-sra.com/venom for details and to register.

Patti and I look forward to seeing you there, be sure and come by and say hi. We are staying at the Hampton.

enjoy the ride

Heck Yeah!

That's a four day for me, I might just have to ride over and join in for a day or two. Now if I just knew where my Spyder is and I get my license before the event I can ryde over and join in the fun, if not I'll be in a MSF class getting trained on two wheels so I can bring my trike on post and park her at my place.

I am thinking of coming after lamonsters BBQ.Would spend a week in Asheville and then come on down with my Motorhome/trailer/RT.Is it still available to ride the track.Once I jest may go ahead and register

You don't have to make a reservation for your motorhome and there is no charge for parking there.

Great News! As of tonight we are over 50 spyders registered a few other bikes and over 70 people. We are talking to BRP about sending representatives to join the event. Big # 1 Yamaha in Birimingham put up the sponsor money for insurance. We have joined the AMA and this will be an AMA Event with AMA Insurance. Ticket sales for our raffle are going well and we are holding back a few hundred for the folks coming in. If you want a chance on or 4 night 5 day stay at Sleepy Hollow Mountain Cabins please get them as soon as you register. Thanks to everyone for your great support. We are working hard to make this an event you will be glad you came for.

We also want to thank ISCI and Spyder Lovers and Lamont for their support.

Greg Cain and all the hard working TVC-SRA people.
