• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

in my months of research, buying, riding, and reading about spyderdom,
not much has ever been said about these tires. almost all about car tires.
has anyone ever used them and what was the outcome. at 1100 miles
i dont need any and ive got 2 fronts laying here on wheels. just looking
for opinions.--irv toms :bowdown::popcorn:

Well....

You will see mixed reviews. They had an issue with spec's to start out but so many have gone to the car tires and run themselves ragged with sizes, dememsions speedo differences sidewalls handling etc etc. I'm the odd man out and have had great results with the Kendas and have had two sets. I do have a vee arachnid sitting in my garage waiting to go. I will see how it works for me. I will still stick with the motorcycle tires...:thumbup:

There were too many troubles with this chinese copy of the Kenda. Far better tires for less money.

I have

got all 3 on my 09 RS they seem fine when i first got them on thought they were bad or that the ride on i installed was causing me a shake/wobble at higher speeds( upper range of the speedo, narrowed it down to the upper ball joints ), at highway and cruising speeds they are stable and smooth in the rain pretty good also

They came out with out with a harder compound version, and they seem to be lasting much longer... ;)

Yup, the new compound seems to be doing the trick.
I changed my 2 fronts with the Vee Rubber's, got about 3000 Kms on them so far and no complaints! :thumbup:

I have about 5 K on a Vee Rubber rear tire. Still looks like new. The handling seems to me to be better than the Kenda, although the ride is slightly more harsh. Not really bad, though. I think that it has to do with the stiffer sidewall. I got about 15 K out of my Kenda, should have changed it by then. This is where I bought it.
