• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Vanity Plates

It's been a while since we have talked about vanity plates. I am curious to know what is currently out there. May give us some new ideas.

Mine: 2010 RTS: BKWDO (Black Widow)

2009 Vulcan: TILSNO

i'm a bit dyslectic, so my E turned into a 3, but very appropriate for a SPYD3R.....

I will be getting a vanity plate when I decide what I want on it. Was planning to use my ham callsign but also planning to take the extra test and my call might change.

Mine reads WEBBY - it is, after all, a :spyder2:! Chosen by my wife, so it must be good!
C$100 one-time fee for application. If approved, annual fee of C$40 to maintain (British Columbia, Canada)

Currently have F3S, but just waiting on my new TR00P plate to arrive...

It has been on a couple of home built Sportster Trikes. It is on the Spyder now.

G;day Guys

Not a Spyder, however mate of mine has a Honda Blackbird. SR71

When I first saw it, it did not register, :gaah:

I wish I could get the Reg# I had on my 61 Triumph in England during my Air Force days. It was FUK1T, and since British motorcycle tags were laid out in 2 rows of 3 characters, you can guess how it read.
:yikes:

Not a vanity plate but I have a custom license plate frame with the caption "Motor Psycho" where dealers usually try to put their name. It has been transferred from one bike to another for over 25 years...... Jim
