Utopia Backrest - Easy install!

I had the Utopia backrest on my Victory Vision, and was delighted to discover that Bob makes them for the Spyder RT as well. I can say without a doubt, this is the best backrest in existance.

While I was waiting for my order to be filled (He makes every backrest to order), I read some posts on here about the horrors people were experiencing removing the seat, etc. The instructions say that you do not need to remove the seat, and I found this to be true. You simply have to raise the seat all the way, stick your face under there, and screw in four bolts beneath the seat.
I installed mine in less than 30 minutes without using a single swear word. I had a brand new box of swear words handy, but didn't even have to open it. :cheers:

I have never been able to do anything physical without using some swear words, but I admire your accomplishment and agree that Bob at Utopia is a great guy who makes a superior product.....

when i tried the brp backrest i felt it pushed me forward on my seat, is the utopia fully adjustable

You can adjust it to go back further, or farther forward. It also adjusts up and down.

You can remove the backrest with a socket and open end wrench, without removing the bracket. They sell a quick release option if that's what you're interested in.
