wife just got a smartphone. i thought there was a usb plugin in the trunk. not.
we alway plugged the garmin into the 12 v outlet. whats the quickest way to get a usb
hookup in the back to charge with ? keep in mind im a 73 year old electrical moron ! thanks for any help.--irv

The fastest and easiest way would be to use an adapter that plugs into your cigarette lighter slot in the trunk. All auto supply accessory stores have then.

Page 60 of the operator's guide. That's where and how my iPhone rides all the time. Bought the cigarette lighter receptacle/lightning plug cable at Best Buy.

You could purchase a 10 foot USB cable, run it along the frame and bring it up into the trunk or along side of the hand rails.
