• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

USB and the RT (Music)

I have a 2012 RT Ltd Se5 with the Ipod hookup but was wondering if there was any way to integrate music from a USB drive to play thru the RT stereo? :dontknow:

Interesting idea, but seems like the only way you might have that work is if the USB device has a built in audio headphone plug that you could use to plug into the RT using the alternate cable adapter.

Unless there's some sort of female ipod to USB adapter out there your could try, but I'm thinking that's doubtful.

May just be easier to bite the bullet and get a nano eh? :dontknow:

That's what I'm using so I don't have to put my phone back there.

i already have a 8 gig ipod but i have over 2 terra bytes of music and its easier and cheaper to have a bunch of USB Drives

True dat.

Sorry I've no useful info for you at this time, but will be curious to see what you're able to come up with if you find something.
