• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

MY WINGMAN IS HAVING MULTIPLE ISSUES ON HIS 2015 F3S IN THE MIDDLE OF A TRIP TO SITO!! Sounds like a sticking brake caliper and is aslo having an overheating problem all of a sudden.... Obv the dealer there is closed til Tuesday and that would end his trip completely!!

Anyone in the area that has mechanical abilities and tools that can help with retracting the pistons to see if that frees it up so he can continue (albeit at a reduced pace)... Might just need to clean the radiators and it only has a problem in the hotter weather....

If you can put his location here once he is settled in a motel, I can put out a Chrome Alert on the North American Biker Rescue Facebook page. We have over 21000 member with pins on our ZEE map. As soon as I have that location to share, I will start tagging members nearest to him to see what we can do.

Overheating -- I assume you've checked coolant. Are both fans operating? Which direction are they blowing? There are three fan relays in the RFB under ECM control:

R3 Main SPST
R5 Left Fan Reverse SPDT
R6 Right Fan Reverse SPDT

Sticking caliper: which one? Front pistons are easy to retract with screwdriver, clamp, etc Rear requires piston rotation as well as push to retract. If rear caliper the problem is more likely parking brake mechanism than hydraulic circuit.

I spoke with Thomas about an hour ago then got distracted and forgot to hit reply. It sounds as though he has the problem figured out but will have to wait for dealer support when they are open on Tuesday.

Thanks for those who took the time to engage with this... Yes, I got him to Flagstaff and hopefully they will work on it since they are no longer an "ON ROAD" dealer... Fingers crossed!
