• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Upgrades to our Vibration Damper!

I'm sure you are like I am and are really happy when you get a freebe or an upgrade, and I am happy to announce that all of our kits will now come with a grease fitting to service the pivot point. Once a year, if you do your own maintenance, throw a shot of good grease in there and it will just last and last. If you have the dealer service your byke, just have them shoot some grease at it.

Now, for those of you that already have our kits, you know we won't leave you hanging. At the end of your season, remove the arm and send it back to us and for a nominal fee we will upgrade yours!

We are having awesome success with only a few glitches. We have had a couple of springs break and I believe it has to do with the alignment of the black bracket to the belt. It is possible to center the blue pulley and not have the bracket in alignment with the belt. If that happens, the belt will try to skip, setting up a side to side motion that over stresses the spring. To make sure of proper alignment both ends of the black bracket need to be the same distance from the belt.

The blue pulleys and bearings are really doing a great job. The "crush spacer" tensioning method is working very, very well. We have 6k and 7k on both our RT & F3 and are showing no wear or play at all! I am sure some of you higher mileage folks have even got more on them!

Thanks for all the support and we will keep on coming up with improvements for ya!

Great news...

 always on top of things. Make you one of the best sponsor/vendors here and everywhere...:firstplace: still have the original going strong on my RS...

Just ordered mine this morning and it was great talking to you and your wife, thanks again for the great service
and a great product.

Does Doc Humphreys go under a different company name as a sponsor? I can't find his link.

So, i have to buy the one for the F3 then buy a adapter kit also?:banghead:

Got a link to the one I need Doc?

I know this is confusing at first. It was a nightmare figuring out what we needed kit wise to cover all possibilities,

Easiest way I can explain it is:

If you opt for the BRP idler you can buy our RTBK kit to have it work on your RT. However, some of them have failed.

If you opt to buy our complete kit, you will need a kit #3.

If you are still having trouble figuring it out, just call me. Phone is under "contact" on the website!

Doc - Since we have no "season" here in Floriduh, how important is the grease fitting? I would think the arm would move very little sitting on the belt. As an alternative can I shoot some Teflon lube in there I use on bike chains?

It is substantially lubed when it leaves here and the area is not completely sealed but I doubt much road grit (if any) will get in there. I would want to service or at least check it once a year. May not need anything at all. We are adding the grease fitting as a convenience if you wish to use it. I have not verified it yet, but I believe that with the wheel off the ground and the byke safely blocked, you will have just enough clearance to snake a grease gun in and shoot the fitting. That would require no parts removal that way. Doing it the old way would require tupperware removal and partial disassembly of the kit.
give it a shot.
I agree with you that the movement is pretty minimal and properly aligned and lubricated, there is no telling how long these will last.
I just hate parts to fail, especially ones I design:yikes: and we have tried to use the best quality that we can. We will continue to improve and move forward. Only way to roll...
