I'm sure you are like I am and are really happy when you get a freebe or an upgrade, and I am happy to announce that all of our kits will now come with a grease fitting to service the pivot point. Once a year, if you do your own maintenance, throw a shot of good grease in there and it will just last and last. If you have the dealer service your byke, just have them shoot some grease at it.
Now, for those of you that already have our kits, you know we won't leave you hanging. At the end of your season, remove the arm and send it back to us and for a nominal fee we will upgrade yours!
We are having awesome success with only a few glitches. We have had a couple of springs break and I believe it has to do with the alignment of the black bracket to the belt. It is possible to center the blue pulley and not have the bracket in alignment with the belt. If that happens, the belt will try to skip, setting up a side to side motion that over stresses the spring. To make sure of proper alignment both ends of the black bracket need to be the same distance from the belt.
The blue pulleys and bearings are really doing a great job. The "crush spacer" tensioning method is working very, very well. We have 6k and 7k on both our RT & F3 and are showing no wear or play at all! I am sure some of you higher mileage folks have even got more on them!
Thanks for all the support and we will keep on coming up with improvements for ya!
