Updated Info on RT/RS SE5 clutch "fix" campaign

Recall Completed

Clutch recall service done! Pickup up the Spyder yesterday afternoon. So far I've driven about 100 miles. The clutch issue, which was becoming more frequent, is completely gone. I've read a few posts indicating the shifting is smoother and I agree 100%. I no longer feel like I'm playing Russian roulette every time I come to a stop. I'm a happy camper.

Had my clutch recall performed on Monday July 12th. Even though I had no problems with it. Picked the RT up Wednesday July 14. The clutch is smoother but, also when I back into my garage now I don't seem to need as much throttle and take offs seem a little more - oh I dunno firmer, aggressive...... I mean it seemed a little bit like a slush box before from a standing stop. I am happy with the recall/update at this point.

Just got mine back today. I agree with you on the shifting and power, but the reverse seems a little hesitant now.:agree:
