Update to my deer incident.

Got the Spyder to the dealer last night. They went over it early this morning to assess the damage. The insurance adjuster called them later this morning and a check has already been sent out. Now we will see how long it takes to get the parts. The dealer said if anything is backordered they will do a front end alignment to get me back on the road and will do the rest of the repairs when the parts arrive.
The damage was minimal like I said in my earlier post. Right mirror, fender with mounting bracket, and misc. fasteners. Parts and labor around $1000.00. I'm pretty lucky I think.

You are lucky all the way around. I'm glad you weren't badly hurt. My damage was around $3200. and four weeks in the shop, but I didn't think that was all that bad, considering ording parts, etc.

Glad everything worked out okay. A grand with insurance is less than an oil change. You got very lucky there.
