• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Who has the ultimate seat out there ,? How do you like it and do you have the arm rest install as well ??????????????? IF so are the arm rest comfortable for the passenger ???????????????????

Out first long trip with the Ultimate seat was to Alaska and back, 8622 miles in 25 days, and the seat was great. Wife says the armrests were very comfortable.

How long could you ride on your stock seat before the upgrade before you were sore?? I can go about an hour and I need to get off!!

I installed my Ultimate seat before I put 1 mile on my 14 RT Ltd. I use Ultimate on all my bikes and have bought about 8 of them so far. I buy mine from Des at there Daytona Beach store.
Very good seat. They will even let you return the seat in 2 weeks if you don't like it.

We can now ride tank to tank, around 140 miles, but had to stretch at the half tank on the standard seat. The real difference is at the end of a long day of 500-600 miles, we're still in good shape on the Ultimate, but would need therapy with the standard.

Tried BRP's Comfort seat first...

...but I couldn't get more than about 80 miles and my inner thighs were screaming "Get Off and Stretch!" Switched to the Ultimate Tall Boy (I'm 6'2", 240 lbs) and I can now ride tank to tank, about 170+ miles before my butt needs relief. Don't have the arm rests but we do have the passenger backrest from Ultimate and wife finds her seating improved also. Great investment if you will be doing frequent long day trips as we do.

2014 RT Limited bought Feb 2014 now with 16,000 miles on it.
