Trying to go throught the list of maybe fixes for codes-limp home mode

Going to start with the vacuum hose's first, saw on the forum but can't find it again that there is a NAPA hose that's better and cost much less then the O.E.M. :shocked:

You need the silicone hose I believe in 4mm cut to the exact same length as the oem ones. The oem's will dry out and start to crack and suck air. You can also check the intake manifold while your there. All this is accessable removing the left side cover. It's a start ....

Read that thread starting at that post. We discuss the BRP and Napa hose including the Silicone hose.

NAPA Part Number: H458 Wiper & Vacuum Hose
0.43 per foot (CDN)

NAPA Number H466. The silicone hose is for "harsh environments" and has a higher temperature rating than the standard black "rubber" (EPDM) hose.

This was for a 2011 RT.
