• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Trouble starting my Spyder

I don't know if anyone else has/had this problem, but I can only start my bike in the neutral position. I took it to the dealer, and they said I wasn't stepping on the brake hard enough when it's in gear. I rode 120 miles yesterday and really pushed on the brake pedal while starting, and it still won't work. Start in neutral - works every time.

Why would you want to start in gear, I have a Polaris ATV that starts in gear and when i lend it out i warn them it starts in gear make sure your not on the throttle or when you start it it will take off on you.:dontknow:

Could be a problem with the brake switch. Go back to your dealer and explain that it still doesn't work right. Stepping on the brake on a Spyder SE that has been parked in gear should allow it to start.

Thank you so much for that information. I will be contacting the dealer.
