• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I just went through this installation on my wife's F3T with Nestor, with TricLED. He was more than helpful.

A couple of points I brought up to him:

1. You need to remove the L bracket in front of the horn, this allows you to fit the horn. and yes, re-install the L bracket
after you get the horn in place.

2. You need to remove the black spacer on the bolt. If not, the horn hits the steering rod and is damn close to the water hoses.
Removal of the black spacer allows enough room for both.

I told him he needs to add these to the instructions, as they are written, they're lacking in clarity....

Works fine now.

great info to know. I could have used that..... had to relocate it because I was hitting the steering rod and could not get the horn to line up with the bracket.

I ever send them a photo that i ride on my spyder.

Anyway, as a customer i dont want to pay them my money and beg for their mercy for sell their product .

it was not any intention of TricLED to be "racist". Racist means hating a race due to color or nationalities.
I'm an Chinese-Asian descent, and I don't bear any hate or racist feeling towards anybody, especially not you personally.
Many of our customers are Asian descent themselves.

TricLED as a company reserve the rights to implement our business policies and practices. Including who, how, and where we conduct business with. Every companies reserve the rights, whether to protect company assets an/or intellectual properties.
You order was cancelled due to your location (which is not in Canada, as stated in your avatar, and was not because you are Chinese), and TricLED do not ship to all countries globally.

I am just try to tell you that the way you do to protect your company can only block a real spyder rider like me,but cant block a real copy cat from any other country.

There are many company in USA helping people receive product from usa seller by using a USA address and ship items to the country you dont ship to.

Simply dont ship to other country will not help.

I'm not afraid to say that I'm a big Tricled fan. Lamont and many other sponsors provide excellent customer service, but I believe that Tricled goes to lengths that even exceed them.

Pete, I really appreciate it! everybody's praise and good comment on TricLED is very2 appreciated, and I'm humbled and grateful to have so many customers and Spyder friends) that is very supportive of us.
 
Well let me say that Tricled is NOT racist. How do I know you may ask? Because I am Native American and have NEVER had any problems with them! In fact they have helped me and answered questions when I have called.

Thanks to Cindy and all the other vendors for great products and great customer service. :rolleyes:
