• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Tri-Axis Handlebars

After 60+ years of riding other brands I am having a hard time getting used to the "almost" straight handlebars on my 2015 F3S. After several hours of riding my shoulders are really stressed out and it takes several hours to quit hurting. I see many have these tri-axis bars installed and would like to know if they correct this problem and how you like them and where can I get one.
I have the "short reach" bars installed now and they help a bunch but would still like to get the hand grips pulled in a little more. Help!

The handle bar mounts are entirely different between the RT/ST and the F3 and as such, the triaxis bars will not fit.

The short reach handlebar can be rotated in its mount, limited by a pin in a slot. It moves quite a bit, perhaps in the 20 to 25 degrees of rotation, or another 1 hour on a clock.

Aftermarket Handlebars

Since the F3 uses motorcycle (tubular) handlebars it's quite possible that makers of aftermarket bars such as Flanders might might have a combination of rise, reach and grip angle that would work for you. Heli-Bars might even make an adjustable set of bars that makes the angles etc. able to be tweaked to suit you. I would suggest you keep looking as there are several makers of motorcycle handlebars out there.

I guess the Dealer didn't fit the F-3 to your needs !!!!!.... there are other handlebar sizes and shapes available for the F-3 that aren't expensive from BRP ......From the parts " fiche " it looks like you just add or subtract pieces from the main section to get it to fit .........Mike

I have the opposite problem. My reach on the handlebars of my new F3 is good but the foot pegs are too short. Dealer didn't adjust for my higher. Consequently. Get some foot and knee irritation. When I asked them the adjust the "Spyder Technician" said it wasn't possible. To make a long story short I had to refer them to the website and u-fit info, order the brake line extension and now have to schedule the adjustment... For what amounts to a 20 minute tech visit! if I can just find the time.
