• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

TRAVEL TO AN AREA WITHOUT DEALER SUPPORT

Now that I have broken down three times on my new 2012 spyder rts m5 I'm still a little cautious about its reliability. Right now since the replacement of
the ignition switch relay and clutch cover, its running fine. This fall I would like to take a ride from our home outside of Madison, WI to Prairie Du Chein , WI which is 2-1/2 hrs away. The problem is I don't see any Spyder dealers in the area in case of another malfunction. Any suggestions???

Well..!!

21/2 hour ryde is almost normal for many to get to a dealer. AAA cell phone and the spyder codes app will keep you safe. Positive attitude will help you. Your ryde is fine now and that is a short ryde and good test to build your confidence up. Relax deep breath and go for it...:2thumbs:

Have to agree

You need to have more confidence in your Spyder now.

Get her out on the long winding road and see what it was made for...

Happy Trails, no looking back.

Hope you can get your issues solved. It is no fun taking a drive and worrying that your machine will break down en route. Love that country between Madison and Praire. Lived in Madison from 1970 - 1972.

If I had a machine that scared me that much, I think I would be trading it off for something I could have peace of mind with.
