• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Trailering a 2012 rt limited?

New to the forum and loving it.
I'm from Tucson, AZ. Eat your heart out northerners. Sorry.

I was wondering if you could use a tow/car dolly?

NEVER tow your Spyder unless all three wheels are off the ground on a solid trailer, car tow dolly will destroy your spyder...

I'm not saying it would be impossible, but there are many difficulties that would be involved. It has been tried, but never successfully to the best of my knowledge...at least as reported here. Removal of the belt before towing and replacement/retensioning/realignment would kill it for me.

no. It will screw up the tranny. You can't tow it backwards, it will destroy the windshield.

no no no.

get a trailer. I use an Aluma 7210.

I had a 6x10 ft utility trailer made with a 4" drop axle and a 5.5 ft ramp. Can drive right up without dragging the nose. Cost was 1900 + tax from Kirschner Trailer in Woodinville, Wa. They will make anything you want and the quality is outstanding. Has attachments all around for the straps and you can tell them right where you want them placed. 15" wheels let you go 75mph down the road with no problems. I trailer mine from Washington to Phoenix and back every year. Too cold to ride up north right now so have to head south.

I had a 7X10 enclosed trailer built for $2150 at Colony Cargo,LLc in Fitzgerald GA. Its a well built trailer
