• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

trailer lights

We purchased a trailer , pulled it to spyderfest and back 1600 miles no problem, we went to gatlinburg last week and noticed a bulb had burned out. Went to auto parts store, found bulb that replaces current bulb, and installed. Next morning pull out of hotel and no more lights. Drove home with no lights on trailer, luckily all daylight driving. Now the question, both turn signal lights are blown, brake/running lights seem fine still..what could have caused this? :dontknow:
I really need to fix soon, heading out of town in a couple of weeks and need the trailer.

First, if your trailer is blowing bulbs that quick, you need to check for shorts.
If all your lights are going out, it might be your trailer light harness on the Spyder. There are a few of those that have gone bad. Get the dealer to check it.

Guess the trailer light module went out. Same thing happened to me at Spyderfest. There were several at SF that went out, at 6. BRP was out of those they brought. There is a bulletin from BRP on this issue. Something to do with ground wire.
