• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Get well quick Dave. Mine is next Wednesday. Have my pre-op appointment with the surgeon today. Keep in touch.

The Doc and I decided today to get my right hip done in about 7 weeks. Getting the left one done next Wednesday the 15th. Got the :ani29: out on Wednesday when it was 60 degrees here. Wow, was it great to ride for a couple of hours. Never mind the 16 inches of snow we got on Thursday. Shoveling and snowblowing was a lot of fun with two bum hips. But, in the long run, I'm glad to be getting both done, and will be able to get a fair amount of riding this season, actually more than I thought I would. Thank goodness for modern joint replacement technology & Medicare.

I have gone through 13 hips ,left and right, both shoulders, right 4 times and last but least lost most of the left leg 3 year ago and now is all metal. I finally sold my Burman 650 and got an 2014 RT. Have 15K on it and got a trailer for camping and whatever and will be at Spyderfest. And yes I ride not trailer. And all started when I was 35 and now 64. I think you will be fine. Rehab is the most important thing you can do. It pays off in he long run.
