With the bike in gear; it'll spin to 8100 rpm...
(It's limited to 7500 rpm, if it's in neutral)
My bike hits 2800 rpm at 55 mph.
If we divide redline, by actual rpm at a given mph (8100/2800); it gives us 2.893
multiply 55mph by that, and it should give us an idea as to what sort of speed it would touch at redline.
2.893x55 = 159.115 mph
You forgot to factor in "the wind resistance of a barn door," whose effect increase in conjunction with the velocity of said vehicle. :shemademe_smilie:
