• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

top speed

I just fantasize the KPH is MPH. I'm also 35 years old (not really) inside my head and I have fun there also.

Now, if I only had a metric watch...:shocked::shocked:

I have had mine up to about 95 mph but I was approaching some heavy traffic so I backed it down, but it was still pulling at that speed.
Most fun for me is how fast it accelerates!!!!:yes::yes::yes::yes::yes:

I always get a kick out of folks who don't/won't/can't answer the question but feel the need to preach.:gaah:

But that explains everything...
He was asking about the 1330s; not the 998s. :D

130?? :firstplace:

I had my F3's SE6 up to 110mph in 5th gear and ran out of room. Problem is the acceleration is rather slow toward the upper end & running out of room is fairly common plus processing the data---traffic--police--road debris. I can get my turbo busa from 75mph to 150 mph and back down to 75 in a 1/4 mi run. Video attached running 9-10psi out of possible 18-19 psi.

If you feel the need for speed, go to Spyderfest and do some drag racing. There's a F3 class...

How about in your 30's

I gotta ask WHY? Does it really matter how fast they go. I seldom look at the Speedometer but constantly look at the Fun Meter. It's straight ahead through the windshield and if you look hard enough you can see it.

Jack
Jack--did you ever go fast in your 30's---huh :-) anybody with that many motorcycles has pushed the limit at sometime in their earlier years :-)

Well actually I did on occasion during the twelve years I raced for Kawasaki. But then I was young and foolish. Now I'm only foolish.

Don't tell anyone but even now on occasion I let the Badger loose.
:D
