• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Took wife to lunch on the Spyder today

Another beautiful day in northern California today. I was going to go for a solo ride (wife doesn't like to ride in the cold) but the day was so beautiful I asked my wife if she wanted to go to lunch on the Spyder. We headed out for an Italian lunch. We pulled up in front of the Olive Garden and backed into a parking space and went in to enjoy a nice lunch. About three quarters of the way through lunch I hear somebody in a loud voice asking if the person who owned the motorcycle out front was in the room. All I could think of was 'somebody hit the Spyder'. I guess the look on my face said it all when I answered and motioned him over. He quickly let us know there was nothing wrong he just had some questions. So we answered his questions and went on to finish lunch. We both noticed that our service level increased signifcantly after his visit, I think he may own the franchise. As we got ready to leave I walked over and told him we were about to leave and if he wanted a better look I would explain everything I could. He came out and we answered more of his questions and let him sit on it to get the feel. He said he was going to go buy one. Gave him the BRP website and of course this website. Maybe we will see him here soon. He was alot of fun to talk to and seem excited about the Spyder. Said he hasn't ridden in 50 years, may not be much longer till he's riding again.
