• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hello all,

I hope that all of you made it to Friday with ease... As some of you have seen from my previous posts, my charity group has a ride to Austin scheduled. Well the wait is almost over. Tomorrow(9-7-2013) is the big day. We are meeting at Richardson MotorSports at 9am and heading out for Austin by 10am. It will be a real good ride for a great cause. If any of you would still like to sign up, please go to the events page of our website: www.ftllm712.com . You can pay the donation fee, obtain the waiver, and get all of the details there. $15 per rider/$30 "two up". I hope that some of you can join us.

If you can't make the ride, please consider a general donation.

Sincerely,

Grady Brown III

Thank you...

I truly appreciate the well wishes. I am sure it will be a success and not because of the turnout or all of the money raised but because I am doing this for good reasons. The reward for that is eternal.

Hope the ride has all the great impact you hope for and then some, Grady. Tell April and Laila hi from us Spyderlovers! :doorag:

Thanks Faran! It was a wonderful ride. I can't wait to upload the video and pictures. Weather was good and the turnout. We had Harley's , spyders, and a goldwing rolling to Austin in harmony.

Yes it was lots of fun and no one was ran over (even though the cages tried)..lol..

I know bro, now I see why people have police escorts on motorcycle rides. It can get a little crazy with traffic...Oh man, y'all left before us but coming back right around Waco or so there was a wind/dust storm of some sorts. I ended up pulling on to the access road for a while until things calmed down. It was literally blowing the spyder from side to side :yikes:.

I am uploading pictures and video stuff now and should have it up in a few days. We can meet and you can get a copy of all of the footage. Once again, thanks for having my back!

maybe next year...

Sounds like alot of fun & wish I could have made it!

We will be doing at least one "big ride" each year so maybe next year even if you can't make the ride you can meet up with us somewhere on the road...The next few events will be local to the Dallas Fortworth area, but this is only the beginning!
