Tired of Looking at Black Trim

Top side mini-vents

I finally got tired of looking at the unattractive black trim on my Spyder. Next to the chrome it just did not look dressy. Experimented with all sorts of ideas and vinyl. Finally I settled on and found the "right" carbon fiber that doesn't look like a sticker or decal added. Tested it out with all the love bugs we have here right now and they wiped right off. A question on another subject, I installed the mini=vent on my Rt also, but it appears that you have some sort of seal around the bottom,if so,what material was used. thanks in advance for the reply

Absolutely top notch job Sting. Wish I could find someone to do such a clean job on my STS.

Are you talking about how did I attach the entire air scoop to the Spyder panel or the intake screen of the Vertika vent?
