• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Picked up a new 2018 F3L in late October and decided to add some things.

Ron's swaybar
LED front fender lights with blinker
LED front A-arm running lights with blinker
LED fog lights with running and blinker ring
LED headlights
LED turn signel lights next to the mirrors (facing the driver)
Wide view mirrors
Power port for heated jacket and for charging the battery on the tank cover
Lamonster gas cap
GPS mount off the left handlebar cover
Foam grips
LED lights arount the driver floorboards
LED side bag markers
LED lights down the back of the saddle bags that also blink (Red as running and brake light - Orange as turn lights)
LED light below the license plate (brake light only)
Adjustable strobe for the brake lights
Trailer hitch (BRP)
Trunk rack (BRP)

Waiting on the Russell day long saddle (with heat) I wired the Spyder for it.

Once the seat arrives I can fit the floorboard position and than order the correct hight F4 windshield for my wife.

Congratulations! That’s beautiful, but I think you should consider adding some LED’s...lol.
I have a lot of friends in MN so I have to ask. Do you own/ride snowmobiles? People say Spyder is just like their snowmobiles but I think the Spyder would be much more comfortable (I’ve never been on snowmobiles). And I’m always curious to hear from people who own Spyders, if they also own other BRP products like snowmobiles or jet ski etc. My daughter wants a jet ski, I was told Kawasaki makesthe best, but I’m considering sticking w BRP products. My dealer likes the BRP.
Thanks for sharing and best of luck!

We do not own snowmobiles nor have I ever. I did once many moons ago get to try one for about 5 min. Not that I would not enjoy snowmobiling- it's we don't have the space for them plus the cost. Two sleds, trailer, gear, and a truck to pull it. Most winters we seldom have the snow to make it worth owning a sled, so we would have to trailer them to were there is.
As for the seadoo's - if it's nice enough for that it's nice enough for Spydering.

Looks great - you didn't miss anything did you ? ;)

Turns out I did miss that I added a remote garage door opener. I ran the pad button up along the left handle bar and placed the button on a blank cover.
