• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

This is what happens when you eat Big Mac's, and what happens when you stop...

Ahhh yes..

Diet changes can make a big difference no matter how big or small the change....but watch the following video and consider his story...

The one thing hardly considered when loosing weight. Those fortunate ones that loose weight while young don't have to deal with it as much and those fortunate enough can get the skin removed and look normal. They do look good clothed but you may not see them in shorts and tanks....

I go to McDonalds about twice a year.
As far as giving up all the good stuff, can't and won't do it.

A human's chance to live forever is nil. His chance to live to 90 is slim. My uncle passed away yesterday at age 95. Ate whatever he liked all his life. Hunted wild game until 3 years ago. I hunted with him for many years. Never smoked. His body simply got tired. Uncle John, Rest In Peace.

Sorry for your loss!

My uncle lived to 99. He smoked 4 packs a day and ate whatever he wanted. He drank regularly and worked hard. My mom died at 59, lived the same way.

It is a crap shoot, and no one gets out alive. Enjoy life and moderate your moderation. Have some fun, indulge now and then, and try to be reasonable. Extreme exercise and diets are no guarantee to a long life.

I know several exercise and health fanatics who died young or got crippling diseases. They spent most of their life sacrificing in the name of health, for naught. I'm shooting for the middle ground, with more than a slight nod to indulgence. I may not live as long, but I live well, and have been many places and countries. I will die with no regrets, even if I die today!

They typically die from undiagnosed/pre-existing medical conditions, which are brought to the forefront by hard exercise. The exercise didn't create their initial condition.

hard for me to believe that woman did not know she was real over weight before her so called "sickness" ... evidently not the brightest crayon in the box..

I didn't say, or mean, that it did. My point is that life is a crap shoot. The best laid plans don't really care what you want, or did to get there. Be reasonable, try not to abuse yourself, and enjoy life, because few ever saw the bus coming that took them out.
