• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. I am currently using a Hindle exhaust and thinking of getting LeoVince... any suggestions are appreciated... pros and cons? I saw it in youtube and kinda liked it...

Leo Vince

I've had my Leo Vince for about a year and it's the best. No problems at all. Install is perfect and all parts are good fit. (slip fit does not require gasket)

Make sure you use the baffle...

Five of us rode down to the LA owner's event from San Jose. Two had the Leo Vance: one with the baffle in and the other without. The one without the baffle was painfully loud to ryde next to. We made him go to the end of the line to save our ears.

I too have a Leo Vince for about a year...ZERO problems and NOT obnoxious with the baffle in...Very easy to install and does not use a slip joint gasket nor does it leak..:2thumbs:

May I ask where you purchased the Leo in carbon fibre? Are they still available? That looks good!

i never did like the titanium look neither and carbon looks so much better.
i got it from evoluzione.net and i do not know if they have any more of.
call them and find out. they are not going to have it on their site.

Call Ken. I ordered a carbon fibre last week. I believe that Leo Vince makes them specially for Evoluzione. He is great to deal with and I can't wait to get the pipe on my bike!!

lv

lv is the way to go if you don't want carbin fiber. otherwise go with MBRP.
the exhaust is well made, but like the other exhaust co their quiet baffles
don't work as well as lv's. i did some experiments. and found a baffle that
works. the exhaust will blow you away on the highway.as the 5th gear in
the spyder is geared to low. if you decide to go with the MBRP, post a thread and i will explain what i did to get a nice mellow sound without
being blow away.

So is the Leo a simple bolt on and go, or have those who went this way needed the O2 sensor, airflow and juicebox? Ideally for me whatever I decide on for an exhaust, I am able to otherwise stay stock!

I think you should at least get o2 sensor.
I took the evoluzione o2 sensor out and installed stock one back on and it is not happy.
I have a fuel management with built in o2 sensor coming and I needed to have stock o2 sensor in place in order to use that.

Hindle was NOT this unhappy running with stock o2 sensor so may be you will be better off getting hindle if you don't wanna get into it deeper but want just little more brooooooom

Love my Leo Vince.
Way to loud without he baffle, love the sound with the baffle in...perfect sound

I did not try with baffle. It was not a option for me because it was an performance upgrade from hindle and if I had baffle in, it would not been much of an upgrade. It IS loud. For me , it's right on the verge of being too loud and if I see a cop, I easssssssssse past them but I did that with hindle also.

just put mine on and it is awsome, the two bros was in pieces that the leo replaced, can actually talk when it running with the baffle in so I am going to test it without tommorrow and run it in the quarter mile in 2 weeks
