Things you can't stand to watch on TV

For me it would be golf and NASCAR, it's like watching paint dry.

My biggest dislike though is any reality TV show. A complete waste of time.

Most reality shows. Survivor, Bachelor, Bachelorette, Soaps. Cops shows except CSI, NCIS, Alaska State Troopers and Police Women of (which ever city they happen to be in). Stupid game shows. Baseball, football, basketball, hockey. I do watch NASCAR but not as much as I used to. I have watched golf if Tiger isn't playing. Next??

i cant stand all the channels with their logo in one corner and a constant barrage of advertising during the broadcasts....

I watch mainly cable channels, and even then, its hard to get away from that stuff happening.......

Watching and Not Watching..

Hate the news. My local morning news is only full of who shot who. It also hurts to learn of the MEN and WOMEN who have died for OUR Freedom. Their families deserve all our prayers and support!! On a lighter note, as long as Uncle Si is alive, I'm good. No Foul language.

We DVR most everything. NFL games in 90 min. Normal 60 min show in 40 min. 30 min show in 22 min.

We don't have cable or Dish...... We don't watch much tv.......... seems a waste to pay to have something you're not going to watch and enjoy....

Don't watch it. I do have a TV and a DVD player that I watch, but I control the show this way. Only TV I do watch is at the gym while walking on the treadmill, but don't really pay attention to what is on.

the 'news' shows arent news shows, they are editorial/opinion shows on endless loops

want to watch the news? watch BBC America News

long gone are the days of Cronkite, huntley/Brinkley, etc.....

I love discovery and Nat Geo, sometimes I can even find a show on the history channel that is worth watching. The only reality show I can stand is "Full Throttle Saloon" and that is because I am a big Jesse James Dupree fan.

I find now, that I would rather watch the DVR when I am forced to have down time. I do not watch commercials, if I can avoid them. I grew up watching NASCAR and the NFL. Now I can't see wasting a perfectly good Sunday on them, unless there happens to be a get together at a friend's house.

Political ads...God I hate those....Main street media is even worse. I only watch the local news for the weather. I DVR most everything. I dont watch sports that much anymore, but when I do I cant DVR them...something about watching a sport event after its over just doesnt work for me...
