The Spyder has landed..

Whoo Hoooo..... Its home. Great time in Emburn. Went smooth as could be finishing the deal. Didnt even realize all the stuff it came with. Think i got a crazy good deal.

Only small snag was my fair size seem to cause it to catch in the middle had to stand up .

Got the phone book sized service manual, Luggage, rear tray, a brp fleece like cover think it has some other stuff not sure whats stock. I am not sure but i think it has the HID upgrade? Switching from low to high it just moves and they are crazy bright.


I cant wait to ride it.

Sorry was dark by the time it got home.

Thanks guys. Its gonna be hard to stay focused on work today. Still need to give a good protective wax and install the comm stuff on out helmets. Correct about sleep woke up eairly with out alarm.

Yep. They had plenty of new and used to look at in various colours. Then he says we just got one in its in the shop still. We walk though the door and i was sold. Didnt tell him that .

So does anyone know how to tell if its got the HID's or not? Dont have a known regular rt to compare too.

First ride report...

WOW!!!. Got home and get her a waxing. Tested all the do dads all seem good but rear passenger controls for audio dont work?? No biggy. So then i said hey i am just going for a quick spin around the block she said ok dont be long. I said nope just around the block...... Well not so much as it went . Started off around the block then the next block and around the whole neighbour hood on the hwy...... About 45min later i came back. . I see the permagrin issue some have spoken of.

So smooth. Took the adivse think snowmobile and atv and worked great. I feel i whiped some preatty good corners got the nanny a couple times.

Wiped off the bug guts and will go for another tour tomorrow then try some 2up tomorrow aft seems reasonable?

I also noted i notice no lack of power. It worked wayyy better than the one i test drove and didnt even get the rpms past 7k.
