:yes::yes::yes:\
After checking tire pressures yesterday, and finding where I left my jacket in December,
pps: I finally fired the RT up, and hit the road...
As you can tell; the ice still fully covers the Neversink Reservoir; the first part of the day's mileage. I snuck out to Town, to pick up some lunch for me and the Missus. During this run; I left the radio off, and just listened to what the bike was telling me...
...It was telling me "Thanks for breaking me out of the garage!" :thumbup: It tracked straight, ran smooth, shifted smooth, the gauges all read normal...
After getting some burgers in us, I told the Missus that I had to run that old gas out of the bike...
Since she had already figured it pointless to argue; she only asked where I was heading. I decided to run the Hawk's Nest on Rte 97 North of Sparrowbush, NY
It was like a madhouse up through there! Everybody on a sport Bike was trying to drag their pipes or their knees, and too many of them were using both sides of the road! :yikes:
Once I got back to some saner roads, I tried turning the radio on... no signal!! :dontknow: I must have somehow disconnected the antenna from the receiver while I was wiring up the rear markers... Oh well; another project!
Anyway; this was a real nice 147 mile hop to start the season! I hope that the rest of you have already dug your bikes out, and are happily piling up the miles! :thumbup:
To many more such days!! :cheers: For ALL of us!
