Did anyone else catch it or was it just my imagination? They gave away a Yellow Spyder on the Price is Right today!

YES !!! its true ... a friend called me today and say a girl won a Spyder on ..." The Price Is Right " once again ... BRP has really let down ALL the remaining "orginal depositors" that havn't taken delivery...SAD :dontknow:

maybe..... but I bought mine last summer and haven't seen it yet....... but I know of at least one person that put down a deposit 2 months ago.......... January......... and picked their Premier Edition up the first week of February........ so chances are, only with BRP getting involved, would they have had it in time for the taping...........

Believe it or not I got a email from Marc R. Lacroix Marketing director can-am. It was in reply to a email I sent them about this game show deal.He told me that the producers of the show inquired a local dealer about a spyder giveaway on the show ,the dealer agreed to sell one of his previously allotted Spyders(WHAT THAT MEANS I DON"T KNOW)to them for the show.This was done some months ago.The reason he did was for consumer awareness of the Spyder.wildwillie :spyder:

I understand the promotional end, I don't appreciate seeing one of the Premier Editions given away when there are so many people still looking to buy. There are many who missed the first deadline, put down a deposit - they should have been given a chance to purchase a Premier Edition.

i would bet good money that BRP paid the dealer back for the cost. tv time on the price is right is very expensive. probably a lot more than it cost brp to produce one.

see how much attention it already has produced.
