• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The NEW Guardian Bell...

I think that "Sonny-Boy" is back on the A-list for Christmas again!
For my birthday; he ordered a new Guarian Bell for the 2014 RT LImited that's on order.
It came today, and I'm just tickled pink over the fact that he got the first farkle for the new bike for me!:ohyea::yes:
Now if only the BIKE were here for the installation of it... ;)

Thanks Tom! :2thumbs: Guardian Bell 006.jpg

BOB you can hang your new Guardian Bell on your computer screen to look at until your Roadster arrives.

Pure personal choice; I leave it as a gift for the new owner.
Wishing them well, and welcoming them into the family.

I think you are supposed to keep the old one, since the "rule" dictates that it has to be given from one biker to another.

If the case was that you are getting rid of the bike for good, yes, leave it for the next owner as a gift.

I traded up, so I removed it and placed it on my new one, as well with my other bell (the first one was a gift from a co-worker, second one was from the wife).

Let's see..!!

the bell protects the bike it is installed on. Seems logical it would continue to protect that bike. It knows it and does a good job at it....

Your new one should be hung near the place the 2014 will reside to start keeping any gremlins from trying to transfer. Attatch a pic with the bell....:roflblack:

It was, and I was...

Bob, the more I find about your past the more I gotta say, you need more than a Guardian Bell.

check your bell

they are made of very soft metal, that hanging loop wears quickly.:lecturef_smilie: then it's gone..........

Guardian Bell

Can you imagine someone that didn't know the subject of this thread or a motorcycle was. Like a 1,000 yrs. from now it might think everyone had a bell. I think about those things and what will they think of tats.
